Yes, we offer discount on higher orders, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us to see what discount we can offer.
Of course. You don't have to have any personalisation on your garments.
Please take a look at our embroidery price list page. The higher the order the more discount we could offer.
Any errors that is deemed to be our fault will be rectified or refunded if requested.
Any faulty garments will be replaced immediately. You must report the fault within 14 days.
We must reiterate that any customer(s) that make any spelling mistakes - i.e. incorrect spellings, incorrect names, wrong sizes ordered then no refund would would be issued.
Simple, when we finalise the order with your requirements. You can simply send your logo to our email address. We will not be able to fulfil your order until you do this if you have opted for embroidery.
We kindly ask that you pay for the goods when the order agreement has been made.
We won’t process your order until payment has been received.
When the order is finalised and agreed, we will send to an invoice to your chosen email. This invoice will have a link to for you to pay.
We also accept BACS transfer.
